Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS/ NO-SHOWS:
We understand emergencies occur and we will do our best to work with you. However, if you cancel within the 48 hour window your reserved card on file will be charged 75% of services scheduled. If you do not text us directly or fail to show without notifying us, you will be charged 75% of the scheduled services, this is NON NEGOTIABLE .
If the card on file is invalid, another appointment will not be accepted until payment is made.
Every guest willl be required to have a card on file. By doing so, you accept the terms of the CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY.
LATENESS:
Service times are designed to ensure you receive the best experience possible, allowing the time required to perform the requested services. If it should happen that you are running late to our appointment, please text to let us know. For any reason you are running more then 10 minutes behind, we may have to reschedule your appointment to a different day and the Cancellation Fee of 75% of services scheduled will be charged to card on file.
PAYMENT:
We accept all major credit cards, cash or zelle. All credit cards will be charged a 3.5% convenience fee. Gratuities never expected but greatly appreciated. Accepting gratuity by credit card, cash or zelle.
SATISFACTION IS KEY:
We strive for 100% satisfaction. In the event you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us via text within 7 days of your appointment to schedule an adjustment, free of charge. Any issues reported after 7 days from original service date will not be considered an adjustment, and will be assessed on a case-by case basis. Please keep in mind there are no refunds of any kind. Prices and or Services are subject to change without notice.
